General Meetings are generally held once every 4-5 weeks

Information on times and places are posted on social media websites and this website. Everyone is welcome to attend (although bear in mind that visitors will not have voting rights)

Membership is available and members are encouraged to attend meetings where possible.

Social (non-voting)

Full (voting)

Life (nominated by full financial member)

Membership fees are 

$5 - Social Member

$15 - Full Member

Free -Lifetime Member

(nominated by Full financial member with committee approval)

AGM (Annual General Meeting) is held no later than six months from the end of the financial year (31st December) each year.

All Committee positions become vacant at this time, and nominations are taken both at the AGM meeting or prior, by contacting us by phone or email.

Financial Statements are readily available to all financial members and 

may also be posted on this website at any time.

T.R.U.S.T information is also used under written permission given to Brisbane Convoy for Kids Inc. on a yearly basis, as is the use of their logo and terminology used in the relay of information about that organisation.
